ClipWell ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal clipboard vault app that lets you save, organize, and retrieve text snippets. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you save (your text) for advertising or profiling purposes.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy, RevenueCat Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy.
Locally saved content stays in an on-device database and is never transmitted anywhere unless you are a Pro subscriber with sync enabled. Synced data for Pro subscribers is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore) with access restricted to your authenticated account via server-side security rules. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone within the app. Deleting your account removes your synced cloud data and schedules your account for deletion. Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account and data deletion via our account deletion page.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us at dreigalabs@gmail.com.
ClipWell is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Our service providers (Google, RevenueCat, Apple) may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
